Due to health emergency and/or customs delay shipping times can be considerably longer than usual, even more than 2 months (especially to extra EU countries).

Items are packed using padded envelope or standard envelope for small items, protection box for LPs.
Shipping is made by default with standard priority mail, this method is the cheapest one but not 100% secure and no tracking code is available.

Since after the pandemic the percentage of loss of standard priority mail has increased up to 20% I decided to let people choose the registered mail as optional with an extra cost. I know this kind of service is pretty expensive but it's the only way to track the package.

I do my best to protect the package but I cannot be responsible if it is not handled properly by the transport staff.

If the item seems to not arrive it may happens that it is held at customs for some reason, or, if something goes wrong, the package usually returns to me, in that case I will contact you before ship it again to the same address.

Return Policy

Items can be returned with shipping paid by the buyer. Refund will be issued once the item is received.
